Almost Brazilian is everything upfront as little as much you would like taken off. Outer & Inner Labia

Can I get a shaped heart or any other shapes?
Unfortunately, we don’t do stenciled shapes but we can do triangle, martini glass & landing strips
Does it Hurt?
Everyone’ pain tolerance is different. But the more you wax the thinner & softer it gets. So, it’s less painful each time you come.
How often should I get waxed?
Every 3-4 weeks or what is instructed by your Esthetician
How often should I use PFB?
Twice a day for ingrown, once a day for maintenance. Peeling may occur which is a part of the exfoliation process. If excess peeling occurs reduce usage from 2 times daily to 1.

Do I pay online?
No. All payments will be collected upfront or at the time of your service. A card will be saved on file for you. If you choose to not pay for your services with that card, services can be paid upfront in store

Are there any rules of etiquette?
Honor the environment with silence; it is one of tranquility and relaxation. Remember that your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The use of cell phones, cameras and electronic devices is not permitted in the spa. Arrive early. Don't cheat yourself out of your relaxation time.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment.

What is “Anal Bryghtening ” and is it only used on this area?
Anal Bryghtening is the process of brightening the skin in the anal region and is commonly used on other intimate areas like bikini, nipples and underarms. It can also be used be used on any external area of the body that has hyper-pigmentation
Is it common to have discoloured intimate areas?
Yes, it’s more common than people think. The main causes for hyperpigmentation include sun exposure, hormonal influences including pregnancy, age, skin injury and inflammation. Any area on the body that has redness from sunburn, chaffing or irritation can eventually turn brown.
How light will the area become with regular use?
The all-natural formula will safely lighten the skin to a more even skin tone. You will not achieve any hypopigmentation, where the skin becomes lighter than the baseline skin colour.
How do you maintain the lightened results?
For best results have the 4 step in house professional treatment 1-2 times a week until desired colour is achieved, then maintain at home by using the BryghtenUP 2-step system twice a day.

Instantly! Usually 1-3 shades lighter after the first professional treatment.
Do the products contain any harsh chemicals?
No, our products are all-natural and do not contain harsh chemicals like hydroquinone, kojic acid or mercury. Hydroquinone is associated with many unpleasant side effects and it is our opinion that it is not appropriate for use on intimate areas.
What the active ingredients that lighten the skin?
The main active lyghtening ingredients in Step No. 3 – Bryghten:
Phenylethyl Resorcinol: A whitening agent that has been found to have the ability to inhibit tyrosinase activity
Lactic Acid: AHA To treat hyperpigmentation, age spots and improve uneven skin tone.
Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamin C): A stable, water-soluble form of vitamin C that functions as an antioxidant and is potentially effective for brightening an uneven skin tone.
Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Extract: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and skin-conditioning properties, reduces excess oil.
Emblica Phyllanthus (Indian Gooseberry) Extract: Contains very high amounts of Vitamin C, or Ascorbic Acid, a powerful antioxidant known to reduce wrinkles, suppress pigmentation, and help skin retain its natural moisture.
Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C): A soluble derivative of vitamin C, which is non irritating and more stable than pure vitamin C, which means it is well suited for extra sensitive skin.
Arctostaphylos Uva-Ursi (Bearberry) Leaf Extract: Bearberry extract (Latin name Arctostaphylos uva ursi) has antioxidant properties, and is known to have skin-brightening properties.
Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Extract: Antioxidant, skin-conditioning agent – humectant, Licorice is a soothing and healing extract used to treat sensitive, irritated or inflamed skin. It also helps to reduce the appearance of age spots and discoloration as a natural skin lightener.
Morus Alba (Mulberry) Extract: Has antioxidant properties, but its main benefit for skin has to do with calming signs of irritation along with its potential to fade the look of discolorations and uneven skin tone.
Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Extract: high levels of natural antioxidants, particularly Vitamin C. Research has shown the association between application of Vitamin C and the protection of skin from potential UV damage, as well as its ability to help lighten discoloration.
Are these products safe for people with hypersensitive skin?
All our products are formulated and designed to be gentle and mild enough for use on sensitive skin and areas. If your client has any known sensitivities to our key ingredients, we strongly recommend doing a small patch test before applying to a hypersensitive area.
Are these products safe for pregnant women?
Bryght products are completely natural and safe however, it is not recommended for use while pregnant due to heightened hormones as this is when pigmentation can be caused. For best results use after pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Are there any contra-indications to using to Bryght?
Pregnancy and breastfeeding – only since the results will not work or last while the hormones are heightened as this is when pigmentation can be caused. For best results use after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Using Bryght in conjunction with Hydroquinone, Kojic Acid or any other harsh chemical that have the ability to strip or over lighten the skin.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
